Membership Rules
ANY VIOLATIONS OF THE FOLLOWING RULES AND REGULATIONS WILL RESULT IN THE SUSPENSION OF MEMBERSHIP UNTIL A SPECIAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING. AT THAT TIME, A DECISION WILL BE MADE AS TO THE PENALTY, IF ANY, THAT WILL BE APPLIED TO THE MEMBER.

1. Memberships must be picked up within ten (10) days or you cannot fish! All members must show their membership cards upon the request of a board member or any other member. ALL CARDS MUST BE SHOWN BEFORE FISHING ON OPEN STOCK DAYS. Tri-Lakes members have the right to check all fish caught.

4. Members shall observe catch limits posted around the lakes. The catch limit for catfish is 7 per week, per membership card, not each individual on the membership card. You may catch and release up to 7 fish per week. IF MORE THAN 7 FISH ARE TAKEN, YOU WILL BE IMMEDIATELY SUSPENDED. Two (2) poles with no more than two (2) hooks per pole are permitted per fisherman. ALL FISH MUST BE ON A STRINGER OR IN A VISIBLE BASKET, NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. If fish are put on a stringer or basket it must be signed out. It can't be put back into the lake. If you give your fish away, you must sign them out and designate on the sheet who they were given to. NO MEMBER CAN HELP ANOTHER MEMBER CATCH THEIR LIMIT. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT DOING THIS, YOU WILL BE SUSPENDED.
6. A family membership consists of anyone living in the household under the age of 18 and still in high school. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by their parent, or another adult member at all times. It is the adult's responsibility to supervise their children at all times.
7. Any guest must have a one (1) day pass before fishing. The cost it $10 and they have to be with a member. The member must sign out the fish under their name. This will go against the member's limit for the week.
8. Pets are allowed as long as they are on a leash, the owner’s cleanup after them, and keep them under control.
9. This is your club! It is your responsibility to clean up after yourself by using the refuse containers provided.
10. Conduct unbecoming by a member or his/her visitor will be subject to suspension of the membership; intoxication, public indecency, and vulgar language will not be permitted.

13. A full membership is from January 1st to December 31st. A limited membership only starts July 15th to December 31st. A limited membership is for fishing only.
