Pricing info is as follows
Membership Prices:
January 1st through February 28th: $175.00
March 1st through July 15th: $175.00
July 15th through December 31st(half-year membership, not applicable to discounts on rentals): $100.00
Club Rental
The following is a list of our rental prices.
*Damage Deposit $300 (must be paid upon contract signing)
*Monday thru Thursday $350.00
*Friday and Saturday $600.00
*Sunday(12-5) $300.00
*Outside weddings using the patio will be charged an additional $200.00. You must furnish your chairs for outside weddings.
*Rentals are for 6 hours. Building must be vacated by the end of 6 hours or additional time will be charged. Each additional hour is $100.
*If you would like to decorate for a wedding the night before the event, you may do so for an additional $100. The building will not be available until 10pm the night before your event. This does not apply if there is already a booking the night before your event.
*There is a $100 clean-up fee for each event. If your event is a wedding, the fee is $350. This includes a setup of your head table, DJ table, buffet table, cake table, gift table, and linens and table skirting. Linens are available for an additional charge.
*There is also a Bartender's Fee. This fee is $50 per bartender. Parties under 200 people will require 2 bartenders. Parties over 200 people will require 3 bartenders.
*Our kitchen is not available for public use. You must use a caterer. We offer in-house catering. If you use an outside caterer, they must be a legitimate business. You will be charged an additional $1 per person for using an outside caterer.
*If you would like draft beer for your event, we offer kegs for $200 a piece. You have your choice of beer. You may NOT bring in your own kegs. We also offer bottles of wine and champagne for $15.00 a bottle. You may NOT bring in your own champagne or wine.
*We have linens available for rental at the following prices. Each price is for 1.
*Linen Tablecloths $3.50
*Chair backs(only 100 available, you must furnish your own ties) $2.00
*Table Skirting $15.00
*Napkins $0.50

We also serve RC products on fountain. No outside beverages may be brought in!! If your party brings in anything we serve in the bar, the beverages will be confiscated, or your deposit will be kept.
